DELIVERIES:

We have linked up with Hermes & DPD for all deliveries within the UK & Europe to ensure that you receive your products as quickly and easily as possible. All orders placed before noon will be despatched by the next working day.

• UK: 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday)
• EUROPE: 2-7 working days (Monday-Friday). Please note that additional days may be required to clear customs.
• INTERNATIONAL: We can deliver the products required to any country in the world, however costs will depend on what products you require & where in the world this is. Please email sales@isportstore.com with the exact products you would like to order & we will inform you of the price within one working day.

RETURNS POLICY:

In the unlikely event that you have any dissatisfaction with your products, we want to make sure that this is as easy a process as possible for you. We are more than happy to exchange any products within 30 days of you receiving the order, conditional upon the return product(s) is in a sellable condition.

Any faulty products will need to be returned to the address below for inspection. We will contact you within three working days of receiving any returned products to inform you how we will need to move forward.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide proof of return. We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We therefore recommend returning the goods through trackable means. Once we receive your item back into our warehouse, we will update you the progress of your order and you will receive an email alert from us. Please allow seven working days for us to respond to your return.
