The Black Knight Ion Double Diamond Squash Racket had been developed in collaboration with former World No.1 David Palmer for players of all standards.

The Black Knight ION Double Diamond squash racket incorporates Nano Crystalline Technology (NCT) which provides reinforcement at key stress points without adding extra weight to the frame, allowing ultimate durability to be combined with headlight balance, power and feel.

Black Knight are aware that playing styles are diverse and have built a series of squash rackets designed to match that diversity. The Black Knight ION series offers a distinctive collection of exciting rackets designed one of the world’s greatest ever players David Palmer.

Nano Crystalline Technology (NCT), built into the ION Series, adds to the graphite fibres, increasing strength and density. The result is a stiffer frame with less torque on off centre hits, producing more accuracy and increased power. The shaft of the Black Knight ION Double Diamond squash racket is flared in two dimensions between the bridge and the handle to create a progressive flex which in turn increases power transfer.

The Black Knight ION Double Diamond squash racket is manufactured from eXtreme Modulus Graphite (XMG) which is a highly effective form of carbon-graphite rated above conventional High Modulus Graphite. In spite of the recent popularity of complementary materials such as Titanium, Beryllium and BrainWeave, the type and quality of the Graphite is the most important material factor in the features and performance of higher range rackets. The nature and mix of the graphite fibres will determine strength, torque, flex, weight, vibration dampening and response.
